| Chibi Pa's Dealer room is filling up quickly. Â Its a good sign when dealers are so ready to buy their tables. And we have some quality dealers none the less. Of course we have our old dealers too. Rei the Candy Guy will be there selling Pocky and Ramune. Echo's Anime store from Pt. St. Lucie will be selling his vast aray of anime trinkets. Backlot animation is on deck again with their swords and Japanese goods. Anime Bento has a large selection of DVD's, Wallscrolls and much more. Â New to this year Anime Pavillion. Anime Pavillion has an impressive layout of manga, dvd's and everything else. Â There will be more. Look for the updates. |

 Chibi Pa is in our 5th year! So this year is named GO!!!!! We are excited to be back again. I think last year we had such a wonderful time we are going to make it better. This year we will be changing hotels to the Airport Hilton Just up the road. The hilton offers a very nice lake for Water Skiing and Jet Skiis. We will be utilizing some of the large green areas around the hilton for outside activities such as kick ball and Japanese Kite flying. Also it has a ton of free parking with security provided by the Palm Beach County Sherrifs. The Sherifs Office has a patrol there because of county buildings that shares the lot.
 This year we will have a larger Party Floor (27 rooms I believe). Chibi Pa has got the only Suite on the floor. But we will be providing entertainment in the suite for much of the night. So not only do we get the party floor we guarantee everyone will be able to have access to something to do there. Though this hotel does not have massive suites they do have lots of adjoining rooms.

Due to issues with the dates we wanted and availability problems we had to take the dates of August 27th - 29th. But in exchange we get a free day to hold a msall event. This is what we are calling the Chibi Pa Sampler. Chibi Pa Sampler will be a day with some Chibi Pa events... We will have some dealers, some artists, contests and entertainment. Chibi Pa Sampler will be on July 3rd 2010. It will be free to the Chibi Pa 300 and $5 to everyone else.

| Chibi Pa has just signed on to the Airport Hilton, WPB, FL   The Crowne Plaza Holds a lot of memories for us. But the Airport Hilton is offering us a better deal. We will be able to be more secure. Truthfully we do not think its great to have hotel guests not with the event wandering around with our attendees. We are giving our attendees a better chance to be themselves. Also this space is all on one floor. No walking up stairs or all the way around a massive restaurant. Since events will be in a closer proximity it will be easier to find what you wantto do. The Airport Hilton also has amazing amounts of outside space, They have a dock on a lake that is perfect for water skiis and jetskiing. Grassy areas that the Chibi Pa staff are planning Kick Ball, Nerf War, Kite Flying and more.  A big concern with Chibi Pa was always safety of our attendees. We liked the Crowne plaza because of its proximity to food. But we now realize that area is filled with bums and Drug Dealers. The Airport Hilton is more secluded. Because the Hilton shares the parking lot with County offices, there is a nightime Sherrif's patrol. Did we mention a huge Parking lot with free parking?  Chibi Pa looks forward to having the same fun as last year. Just it will be in a new hotel. |

| Â Â On a cold wet January 9th Chibi Pa's Interns along with Head Organizer Jason Bailey met. Full details of this event will be released later. But it seems that the interns are already working hard on Chibi Pa: Go!!!!! DANTE is once again director of cosplay. She has been given instructions to find an assistant. So the search is on. Tsubomi-Chan is again the director of events. She was taking ideas of what we are looking for another year. Paul (does he have a screen name?) is out Public Relations Director. For good measure Crystal our in house Japanese expert was in attendance. Â We discussed new events for the Cat5 Furicane Shelter. First on our list is that we will be scheduling Headless times. We will clear the Furicane Shelter to allow fursuiters a chance to cool off. There will be less movies played. We will increase the events. If possible we will even have a Fur Parade. Also we would like to integrate Fur events in other rooms so that there is less segregation between anime fans and furs. Â Some new events for Chibi Pa will be a Friday afternoon Used Anime Bazaar. People pre-reging for Chibi Pa will be given space to bring in tables to sell their old anime items. You do not have to have a table. Lay out a blanket and put your stuff there. Along that line we will be hosting a dolphie trade and a cosplay trade. This way you can bring in your old fabric, wigs and the such to trade or sell. Â There was way too much to be covered right now. But updates will be coming soon as we Iron out the details. Just be prepared for more. | We here at Chibi Pa realize that our event is only as new and fresh as our staff. Â We are looking for people who want to dedicate a couple hours a week and one weekend a year to make Chibi Pa a better and more fun event. Our staff members are interns. We will give you job experience with dealing with people and management skills. We are looking for people with ideas that would like to see things improve within the event. Â For example you like to play games and talk with people? We happen to need a jester. A person whose sole job is to randomly start events, games and the such around the event. Are you good at watching a schedule and making sure everything is running smoothly? Then you would be good for our event wrangler. Parents are welcome to help us organize our event. Clubs are welcome also. Â We are not looking for a specific age. We are looking for responsible and trustworthy people. | Â We are announcing that this year we have an official photographer. Micheal has become a friend of the Chibi Pa Family. He shot fotos of Chibi Pa 2008. You can find hos work on www.chibipa.com/photo. Micheal has shot photos at many Florida conventions. Â Now we are giving him his own photo Shoots. Different times and places we will organize photo shoots so that you can get your pictures taken in or out of costume. Leave proof that you survived yet another Chibi Pa. |

| Chibi Pa has plans for furries this year. We will be integrating some furry events into Chibi Pa Main events. Also we will be restructuring the furry room so that the event in general will be more furry friendly. Hopefully we can come up with more details in the near future. |
